How it works
You describe the challenge. We map the system dynamics producing it, identify where the leverage is, and sketch the sequence of decisions that would move it. The session is diagnostic, not a sales presentation.
If there is a fit for a deeper engagement, we will propose a scope and a budget. If there is not, we will tell you what kind of support would be most useful and who provides it.
